Online Ernährung Vienna provides specialized nutritionology consulting via digital platforms. Our advice is strictly personalized, based on individual bio-data and health goals. These terms of service govern all digital interactions, diet plan deliveries, and coaching sessions provided to residents of Austria.
Consultation Liability
Our nutritional coaching is educational and supportive. It does not replace clinical medical diagnosis or treatment. Users must disclose all pre-existing medical conditions before receiving a customized nutrition plan. All recommendations are framed within the context of lifestyle optimization and preventive health coaching.

01. Intellectual Property
All personalized nutrition plans, editorial content on online-ernaehrung.at, and proprietary coaching methods are the intellectual property of Online Ernährung Vienna. Distribution or commercial reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
02. Payment & Cancellation
Fees for consulting services are due at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled online session to qualify for a partial refund or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
03. User Obligations
The client is responsible for providing accurate health data. Any failure to disclose allergies, metabolic disorders, or ongoing medical treatments exempts the specialist from liability regarding plan outcomes. Consultation requires a stable internet connection for video conferencing.
